Abyssle is a free browser word game run by Spencer McNulty, an individual based in Washington State, USA ("we"). By playing, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Abyssle is provided free, "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. Scores, streaks, rarity tiers, and leaderboards may contain mistakes, change, or be lost.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, scores, or streaks, arising from your use of Abyssle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to zero US dollars, since the game is free.
You can play without an account. You must be 13 or older to create one. Keep access to your email or Google account safe; anyone who can sign in to it can use your Abyssle account. You can delete your account at any time from the game's account panel; the Privacy Policy says what deleting removes and what stays.
No offensive or hateful names, and no names that impersonate another person or brand. We may change or remove any display name, reset scores, or remove an account that breaks these terms, at our discretion.
Leaderboards and profile pages are public. Anyone can see your display name (or "Miner #xxxx" name), scores, depth, streak, and recent daily results.
The prompts, answer lists, artwork, and code of Abyssle are ours. We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to play the game. Do not copy, resell, or republish the game or its answer lists.
Abyssle is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Krillion or its makers.
We may change, pause, or end the game at any time. We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the date at the top, and continuing to play means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
